Yesterday I closed on my 2nd Colorado property. Basically the condo I own in downtown Denver was not working out well with PowerSports Xchange. I needed more space and needed to get away from the HOA. This is the first foreclosure property I have ever purchased and let me just say it was a whole new experience for me.
The property is close to 1/2 an acre. It is almost 2000 sq ft and in a great quite neighborhood. It needs A LOT of work and will be the biggest project I have undertaken. I think I got a good deal. Paid $225k for it and the neighborhood is worth $300k but this house needs work. Wish me luck.
